The Forum will feature the presentation of Mikhail Beglov, International Journalist, Political Writer, Member of the Union of Writers of Russia; author, according to the critics, of “the most unusual book” in 2017, “Noah’s Ark – a Real Story (Insane Dreams of a Normal Person).
